We collect business and account information from research buyers; we do not collect, process, or store patient records or health information, and the information we handle is not health data. This policy governs that business and account information only.
This Privacy Policy and any dispute relating to it are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and the state and federal courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over such matters. Where other privacy laws apply to you based on your residence or location, we honor the rights those laws grant, as described in the "Your Rights" section above.
